"Without Brendan things would have been so much harder to deal with"

I am from interstate and my parent was on holidays up north when they became very ill and was flown to Townsville Hospital. I stayed there for a couple of weeks with them and I wanted to say a huge thank you to Brendan. He was so friendly and caring and had a lot of time for myself and my family at this hard time. He continued to check on my parent even after we returned home in which he accompanied us back. He went well above his job expectations and made things so much easier for us as a family to cope with what was going on. Without Brendan things would have been so much harder to deal with and he deserves to be acknowledged for this.
