As a student volunteering at Drug ARM Warradale, I have admired the 'harm minimisation' approach that is used in treatment. Many clients have given positive feedback that the workers in the Community and Family Support Service are so helpful due to their non-judgemental and understanding approach.

Thank you for providing our clients with that non-judgemental, harm minimisation approach! Our clients would not be able to provide such positive feedback if we did not have people such as yourself who understand that each client requires that individualised care and support.
