"My recent stay at St George Hospital"

About: St George Hospital / Emergency Department St George Hospital / Neurology 6 South

(as the patient),

I arrived by ambulance to your emergency department, suffering from high blood pressure and dizziness. I was attended to in the ED, then admitted to a ward, probably a couple of hours later. I spent a number of days in Ward 6 South, and I was looked after by wonderful nursing staff, Dr Mark & his medical team. My heartfelt thanks to all the caring staff that helped me recover.

Thank you for your Patient Opinion notification expressing your appreciation for the recent care provided to you at St George Hospital through the Emergency Department, Dr Mark and his medical team as well as the nursing staff in Ward 6 South.

It is always pleasing to receive feedback regarding the efforts of staff within our hospital. As you will agree, we are fortunate to have caring and dedicated health professionals working within our hospital.

We value greatly the skills and professionalism of our staff; and our staff are proud to deliver the high standard of care for which they are trained. While no thanks are expected St George Hospital greatly appreciate the acknowledgement you have given us.
