"A doctor"

I was taken to the hospital with dehydration due to a bad case of the flu, my chest area was painful from continuous coughing. After the nurses connected the drip and took blood for a blood test I dozed off. I felt I was rudely woken by the doctor yelling at me - what is going on here?
The nurses explained the situation, the doctor took the first 2 fingers of his hand and I felt stabbed them into my chest above my breasts on both sides. He said - there is nothing wrong with your heart. This is muscle pain! I'm not giving you antibiotics. You only need to go home and drink some fluid.
After a while the blood results came back, the doctor brought a prescription over to me and dropped it on the bed. I asked what it was for and he said, antibiotics, you have a chest infection. I feel the doctor treated me with little or no respect. I don't know why he took this attitude? It didn't help at all.
