"Good patient care"

My parent had a medical emergency whilst receiving dialysis. The dialysis nursing staff were fantastic in their response, providing ongoing patient care, and in keeping family informed. I always felt my parent was in the best of hands. The Medical Response Team were also great.

Also highly rated was the Medical Registrar, Sophie, who stayed with my parent throughout the emergency and treated my parent with the utmost courtesy and respect.

Well done to the hospital overall; after multiple occasions of care in metropolitan hospitals, I rate Central Gippsland as the best place for my high needs parent to be.
