"Hospital systems"

In my opinion, Ipswich Hospital's antenatal systems are ridiculous.  

Attending my GP and private midwife/diabetes clinic for my antenatal care after such poor service. How can you do an antenatal appointment by phone? 

And then I received what were, in my view, threats for non-attendance after being told to ignore the notes as they had been changed.

Two instances I have had to attend the hospital and both make me reluctant to attend again. Both were regarding what I believe to be bullying from their stupid systems. Remember we are individual cases not always falling in the system, and we need individual 'private' appointments, no more of this 'group appointment' stuff with half a dozen people.

Every woman who comes to us for antenatal care is an individual and the challenge for our hospital is to provide care that will best suit their personal needs.
