"Road Maps Mobile Day Support Program"

About: Roadmaps Mobile Outreach Program

(as a service user),

My parole officer strongly encouraged me to attend the Road Maps Program. I did my best to avoid it by not answering the phone calls and by not turning up much. Because the Road Maps Team made me feel welcome and part of the group even though I was dodging them, I started coming more. I am very private and don't trust easily, but the staff are more than ok and made me feel safe. They see my strength. The group has allowed me to think about things, where I want to be in life and  about being the best I can for my kids.

Hi Stejk87

Hopefully you have seen my response to your other message as well. Thanks again for your feedback.

It is always good to hear that clients feel like they can trust workers - that is an important part of our work I think.

Good luck with your journey, and feel free to get in touch if you need to talk to any of the staff in the Dubbo office.

Kind Regards,

Josh
