The sonographer, Beth, at Esperance Health Campus provided an exceptional level of service to me today. She recognised I was uncomfortable and was compassionate and had a genuine desire to alleviate any discomfort. Beth's bedside manner is impeccable. No wait times, but you don't feel rushed or hurried. Her reassurance and communication throughout should be commended.
