Client rang to see if staff was in town today so I rang the office and unable to get in contact with staff. This family requires all the help that is needed.

We are unable to find any phone messages in respect to a vulnerable family. Also there are no missed calls recorded.

We are taking this opportunity to review all procedures to ensure that the MML has necessary systems in place to accept referrals or concerns about clients.
