"Terrible Emergency Department experience"

Recently went to Albany Hospital Emergency Department. The staff that we saw took hours to help anyone, and I felt that they didn't care about patients. We were waiting all night. I felt staff were unhelpful and uncaring. Terrible. Needs fixing.

Patient numbers at the Emergency Department have been very high over Christmas and New Year and the staff in ED have been working very hard to care for all patients attending over this period. I am sorry that you feel dissatisfied with the care you received.
