"Day Surgery"

About: Kerang Hospital

(as the patient),

Mine was only a day care surgery procedure and all medical personnel were great. I was notified to arrive at the hospital at a later time than first scheduled. Then on arrival at the hospital given the option of staying and waiting or coming back in another hour or so. That suited me fine, otherwise I would have been waiting for about 4 hours. Very considerate. 

No complaints from me. You all did well.

It is fantastic that you were able to have your waiting time minimised through communication with the day surgery staff, and that this lessened what may have been otherwise a 4 hour wait.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience and share it with other patients and staff. The theatre staff will be informed of your story, and encouraged to keep patients waiting times to a minimum where possible.
