"Lovely care received as a day patient"

Recently I had to spend half a day as a patient due to a little operation that needed doing. Arriving at Warren District Hospital I was very nervous but after sitting and talking to Lisa in the Recovery Room prior to having an anaesthetic I felt very much at ease. My nurse Sarah was very friendly and lovely. Going down to my operation with all the nurses & doctors in the theatre was very calming. Back in the Recovery 4 Bed Room, Lisa, Sam, Kerry and another nurse which I can't remember her name were all hands on to their patients and just couldn't do enough to make my recovery go well. I have never met a group of lovely people like this before that take so much care in their patients before and after an operation. I have had no problems after my operation and I'm very sorry that I missed the phone call that I received on Sunday following up from my procedure. Well done to the lovely staff that I had on that day and could you please pass this on to them, thanks.
