"My spouse's mental health"

About: John Bomford Centre NDCH Community Nursing & Allied Health Services

(as a carer),

I feel really let down by the support systems for my spouse's mental health condition which has been 2 years. They are supposed to be under case management and nothing has been put in place to help my spouse adequately during this time. I have lost faith in the system as a worker has not been to visit in over a month to help my family.

Dear stonexz85,

We are sorry to hear you feel that you and your spouse have been let down. We encourage you or your spouse to contact your case manager or program manager about this matter as they will be in the best position to help to resolve your concerns. However, if you continue to have concerns then please contact the Bendigo Health Patient Feedback Coordinator Ken Aicken, at feedback@bendigohealth.org.au. Bendigo Health aims to resolve concerns people have about their care.

Kind regards,

Shannon

Hi Shannon.

We need a lot of help in Kerang, though challenging we did actually have the worker come today which was great and helpful but we are really isolated in Kerang and we need some urgent help and assistance please.
