"Cancelled appointments"

(as the patient),

I have been scheduled to have an appointment at the Dental Clinic at Derby Hospital for some time. So far, of 6 scheduled appointments, only one has gone ahead. Every other time the appointment has been cancelled by the clinic with various different reasons given. At this point I am very frustrated that I can't get the dental care that I need. 5 out of 6 appointments have fallen through - not real great.

Dear lack of dental care,

I recently learnt that you have had problems accessing dental care at the Dental Service located at Derby Hospital. Although the Service is located within the Hospital building the administration of this service lies with Dental Health Services located in Perth.

It is regrettable that your appointments were cancelled and I do hope you have been able to access the service since this post.
