"A big thank you."

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I was taken off a plane from SA with severe stabbing pain in right chest and delivered to Perth Royal. I was looked after with extreme care and and after many x-rays and scans was diagnosed with pneumonia. The nursing was exemplary and I felt in very safe hands.   A course of intravenous antibiotics saw me well enough to go home after 48 hours.   A big thank you to all the nursing staff and the lovely doctor who looked after me.

Dear uschi,

It is always a delight to hear such lovely stories about our staff at RPH, thank you so much for taking the time to write.

I’m really pleased to hear that the nurses and medical doctor put you at ease and your experience was positive. The staff will be delighted when I pass your story on.

I hope that you have now made a full recovery, and wish you all the best.

Dori Lombardi
